    Now here is a switch - a store with lots of staff - who know what they are doing and who actually check with the customer to see if they can help. That's a lot like the "old days" of customer service. Home Hardware almost always seems to have those things that you can't find anywhere. As a bonus this store also sells appliances. All of it located in a funky old building.

    I've been in this store 5x and I've never wandered for more than 30sec without being offered help. Always friendly and educated on their wares. Had a special order ready for me in 3 days and it was loaded and paid for in 10min.

    This place is so cool. Home town service that cannot be beat. I purchased a washer and dryer at 11:00 am and it was delivered and installed at 2:00 pm the very same day! Excellent service and always a friendly smile!
